Dispatch of Orders.
All orders placed on line will be posted out within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Orders paid via check will be posted out once the check has cleared.
Note: E checks to PayPal can take up to 2 weeks to clear.

Guarantee.
We endeavour to use the best quality products on the market. If you find a problem with them or are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. If we can't, just return the labels and packaging to us and we will refund the full purchase price. We would ask that you do this within 2 months of the purchase date as PayPal has a 2 month time limit on refunds.

Privacy Policy.
KiD Labels collect information on customers for its own use and will not pass it on to any third parties unless required to by law. The information will be used to confirm any details that may not be clear to us, in order to process your order quickly and correctly. Occaisionaly we may also use it to send out email newsletters or information on any new products or special offers. These special offers will only be advertised through our Emailing List. You will be given the option of being excluded from the list. To ensure your details are secure KiD Labels uses encription on all web pages used to collect information.
