Dispatch of Orders.
All orders placed on-line will be posted out within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Orders paid via check will be posted out once the check has cleared.
Note: E checks to PayPal can take up to 2 weeks to clear.

Standard Postage & Handling - is via the normal postal service. Delivery times vary, depending on your location. As a guide....to major Cities, delivery should take....
   1 week for the UK or Euro-zone.
   2 weeks for USA, Canada, or Australia
Regional centers generally take an extra week. However these times can vary due to busy periods, public holidays, Christmas, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your labels have not arrived within 4 weeks of placing the order, please contact us.

Delivered via Courier.
For those who need their labels in a hurry we offer a courier service. Your order will in most cases arrive within one week to any where in the world. We can also track your order via a 'Track & Trace' facility.
Pricing is automatically calculated when you select the 'Delivered via Courier' option.
NOTE: you must select the correct currency for your location (or the closest) to avail of this service.
eg. If you live in the USA you must pay in US dollars / if you live in Mexico you must also pay in US dollars..

Guarantee.
We endeavour to use the best quality products on the market. If you find a problem with them or are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. If we can not, just return the labels and packaging to us and we will refund the full purchase price. We would ask that you do this within 60 days of the purchase date, as PayPal has a 2 month time limit on refunds.

Privacy Policy.
KiD Labels collect information on customers for its own use and will not pass it on to any third parties unless required to by law. The information will be used to confirm any details that may not be clear to us, in order to process your order quickly and correctly. Occasionally we may also use it to send out email newsletters or information on any new products or special offers. These special offers will only be advertised through our Emailing List.
You will be given the option of being excluded from the list.
